* Welcome Clients and Guests in person or on the telephone ; directing or answering  inquiries

* Implementing of  established Administration policies and procedures

* Oversee the daily activities of  cleaners and driver.

* Ensuring the completion of operation of equipment by preventive maintenance requirements of the requirement of the manufacturer, evaluating new equipment and technique, maintaining equipment inventory, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
