* To Manage Distributor sales resources
* To Ensure Key Distributor profitability
*To Ensure implementation of trade promotions at Point Of Sale
* To Hande Key Distributor complaints at Key Distributors level
* ToTake responsibility for various initiatives .example TPM, EDGE , CCFOT at KD and POP level
* To Deliver optimum visibility and merchandising the brands of the company in line with best practice recommendation
Keeping of track of all competition activities, volumes and be pro-active in beating competition.
Job vacancy Requirements
* A good first degree honour in BSc or B.A
* Job applicant should not have more than 2 years work experience i.e between ( 0-2 yrs exp) **** A sales experience would be an added advantage*****
* Job applicant must have an excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have Analytical skills and understanding how a business works is critical for this role
* Must be able to use the computer with high level proficiency in Microsoft office packages (Word PowerPoint, Excel)
* Must have a good Coaching skills
* Self-motivating, result oriented and entrepreneurial.

* Must have interpersonal and leadership skills
