The selected candidates will work in either Application support, server administration or Network Management. Each trainee would receive training as specific to their tower, plus every candidate will go through training on basics of Telecom IT and Service Management. Main responsibilities will include: • Working with managers that are competent, ensure smooth operations of IT for a leading Telco in Africa respectively. • To Interact directly with client team members onsite • To Develop proficiency in one or more areas to become a subject matter expert (SME) • Preparing data for Management Reporting (and presenting occasionally to local management) • To Undergo continuous training and development incorporating common soft skills education , and specialised classes for IBM Strengths and Experience Prerequisite : Wide exposure in computer science / IT i, We are primarily looking for the following : 1.
